A. MiOSHA began enforcing the standards on September 23d, 2017. Check here for a pdf of Part 690 of the Michigan Construction Health Standards.This standard is identical to OSHA Title 29 CFR, Subtitle B, Chapter XVII, Part 1926, Subpart Z, Section 1926.1153. A sample control plan can be found here.
